Why We Built in Bahuwala
Dehradun has been growing for twenty years, and most of that growth went where it was easiest to build — along the main roads, close to the noise. Bahuwala went the other way. It stayed quiet, it kept its trees, and it is still close enough that the railway station is 24.5 km away and the airport is 46 km.
That is the whole reason this project exists in this location rather than a cheaper one closer to the highway. The land was chosen for what surrounds it.
